Acception

The best thing that I ever did in my life is accept exactly who I am and embrace everything awesome about me. A friend of mine tonight asked, is it wrong to love myself? He meant in the aspect of being full of yourself in a cocky way, but heck. If you can be in love with yourself, go right on ahead. Acception is one of the most important things you have to do to have a happy life.

Accept that you are probably never going to be rich
Accept that you are never going to loose those last 10 lbs because you love late night snack.
Accept that you love late night snacks.
Accept that you will never travel before you have children.
Accept that you will not be able to travel till you are retired.
Accept that your hair sucks.
Accept that you love carbs and cookies
Accept that you hate high heels.

Well, those are some of mine. But hen we cant accept ourselves we are always wanting. We cant live in the moment because the moment always sucks. you will never be the perfect person that we imagine we should be and in order to be with happy with life you need to believe that you are fantastic.

It took me a long time to accept my weight. Im 5'2" and stuck at about 126. Which a perfectly healthy weight. I used to hate this number, now I call it my perfect weight. I still cringe sometimes to think that it is best for me to accept this, cause i struggle being happy with the number, but I do. I choose to accept my body with its shortness and non-abs. I tried to controll it for so long, and it consumed my life. A few years ago I let it go. It was hard, just like giving up anything is, but I dont think of it as giving it up I think of it as acceptance of what is really there.

I accepted my love of food at one point in my life, and unconciously decided to make delicious healthy food my passion in life. I will always like snacks. I dont eat them everyday, but most days I like 1 snack at somepoint. When I would fight this desire I had in life I would not eat snacks and then binge a few days later on cookies. It was pointless. So I came up with a love of healthy snacks.

Accept the things that you like least about yourself and you will see your whole attitude towards things change.
