Healthy Banana cream pie

I stumbled upon this recipie the other night. I had a bunch of bananas in my freezer for somer reason so I wanted to make something with it. So ill usually google something and then alter the recepie to be healthy as well as yummy.

2 cups almonds and or/ sunflower seeds.
1/4 cup of honey
6 frozen bananas.

Yep. Thats it.

Put the almonds in a food processor and processes them to a fine mixture. About the same size as grape nuts cereal. Then you are are going to add the honey. Add the honey slowly while the processor is running. You will see the almonds start to stick together. Once they are making a big clump they are done. (If you need to use more honey that is fine) Scrap the almond mix into a 9 inch pie pan and push into a crust. No need to spray or grease.

For your bananas you should peel them, cut them in half and put in the freezer the night before you are going to make the dish. Take them out of the freezer and put them in your blender. I had a hard time blending them so I decided to add some vanilla yogart to the bananas and it mixed well. (You can use a little bit of milk too) Puree the banana and then immediatley pour it
into the almond crust. Serve immediatley or throw in the freezer. If you throw it in the freezer take it out about 15 min before you serve it so it can thaw a little.

Last night me and my husband were sitting on the couch eating this dessert and we dreamt of all the possibilites it had. If you like peanut butter and honey then you could increase the amount of honey to 1/3-1/2 cup and then add 1/4 cup peanut butter (take away 1 banana) and put the pb in when you blend the banana. Yum. Or you could just add sugar free chocolate pudding to the top. Yum. Or you could just eat the original. Its like cheese cake.

Try it and let me know what you think
